Can't find folks in your area to play the Spycraft CCG with? Fortunately
somebody has made all the cards and tokens available in Tabletop Simulator.
This page will walk you through setting it up, hosting a game and how to
manipulate cards, decks, tokens, counters and the camera.
Optionally set the Server Password if your Server Type is Public.
Set the Max Players to 2 - the table only has space for 2 players.
Click Create Server.
In the Games dialog, under the Workshop category click Spycraft CCG.
Click Load.
Check "Don't ask again for this player" and click Open. You'll be
prompted for this twice.
Click on your username in the upper right and choose Change Color.
Pick either Red or Green.
Managing Your Side of the Table
Here are some tips and shortcuts for managing your deck, hand, cards and the
table when playing Spycraft CCG in Tabletop Simulator.
A short-click and drag means clicking on an item, holding down the mouse
button and moving the item immediately. This is used for taking a single card
from a deck of cards.
A long-click and drag means click on an item, holding down the mouse
button and waiting a second before moving the item. This is used for moving
an entire deck of cards.
Change the Camera Angle
Press P repeatedly to switch the camera mode. You may prefer "Top
Down" mode for card games.
Move Around the Table
Use the WASD keys to move around the table.
Zoom In and Out
Use your mousewheel to zoom in and out.
Pick an Agency Deck
Long-click and drag one of the Agency Decks on the left side of the table
to the Agency Deck spot under your HQ.
Draw Reference Cards and Leaders
The top 6 cards of each Agency Deck are your Agency's 2 Reference Cards and 4 Leader cards.
Hover over your Agendy Deck and press 6. After a second this
will draw the top 6 cards of your Agency Deck into your hand.
The second delay is provided so you can type in numbers great than 9 if
you ever need to.
Putting these cards into your hand will give you the opportunity to view
your Leader cards privately before putting them on the table face-down.
View Your Hand
Hover over the cards in your Hand at the bottom of the screen.
While hovering over a face up card, press Option/Alt to preview a
large version of the card. You can use the mouse wheel to change the size of
this preview.
Place Your Reference Cards
Short-click and drag your Leader Ability reference card to a convenient
location on the table.
Short-click and drag your Standard Actions reference card to a convenient
location on the table.
Hide and Place Your Leaders
Hover over Leaders 2 through 4 and press F to flip those cards
facedown.
Short-click and drag each Leaders to their designated area on the table.
Hide and Shuffle Your Agency Deck
Hover over the rest of your Agency Deck and press F to flip
it over, the press R a few times to shuffle it.
Draw Your Initial Hand
Hover over your Agency Deck and press 7. After a second
this will draw 7 cards face-up into your Hand.
Short-click and drag cards within your hand to re-arrange them to your
liking.
Magnifying Items
Hold M to Magnify the area where your cursor is currently pointing.
Use the mouse wheel to increase/decrease the magnification.
Set Up the Mission Deck
Long-click and drag the Operation: Nightfall Missions Deck from the top-left
of the side table to the Mission Deck area of the main table.
Press F and then R to flip and shuffle the Mission Deck.
Short-click and drag 5 Mission cards into the Mission Queue spaces.
Click and drag a rectangle around the first two Mission cards and press F to flip them over at the same time.
Please note that pressing a number key to draw Mission cards will not work
- they will be put into your hand face-up instead!
Playing Cards From Your Hand Face-down
To play a card from you hand face-down, short-click and drag the card you
want to play, but before moving it onto the table press F to flip
it over.
Inspecting Face-down Cards
While hovering over a face-down card, press Option/Alt + Shift to
peek at the underside of the card.
An eye icon in your color will show up on the item you are peaking
at, so other players can tell if you're peeking at the top card of your
deck or theirs!.
Track Leader Briefing
Click on Objects, Components, Tools, Counter.
Click to place a Counter above each of your facedown Leaders.
Press the Escape key when you're done placing counters.
Hover over a Counter and press + or - to change
the size of the Counter.
Press the + or - buttons on the Counter to change its
value.
Press the C button on the Counter to reset its value to 0.
